Tax incentive for parents ( PTR ) Parenthood tax rebate ( PTR ) is a lump sum rebate given to married Singapore Tax Residents to encourage them to have more Singaporean BB. Think the government should give tax incentive such as “further deduction for expenditure on building modifications for benefit of breastfeeding mother”. i.e. to have breastfeeding room in all shopping centre.
