Mummy's colleague wedding

On 21st Feb 2009, mummy colleagues Marion & Gabriel wedding, mummy brought me and daddy attended their wedding dinner.
The entire night I only interesting in playing the chopsticks, spoon, bowl & plate on the table.

In fact, I only wait for their ‘yam seng’ session, because I had been taught by Ah Ma everyday at home….

Collection of Renunciation Certificate at Malaysia High Comm

Once renunciation of your Malaysian citizenship has been approved, you will receive a letter (email) from Malaysia High Commission asking you to go down to collect your Form K and birth certificate within one month from the date of the e-mail. You have to bring down the following documentation: i)        Singapore Identity Card (photocopy front and back of identity card); ii)      Singapore Citizenship Certificate (photocopy front and back of certificate);  iii)     Singapore Passport (photocopy of page with photograph of passport holder); and iv)       Deed Poll / Baptism (if name has been changed), if applicable. Obtainable at Forms Counter or Immigration Department website: http://www.imi.gov.my/ a. *Please print on both side of an A4 paper b. *Printing on two pieces of paper will not be accepted 2. 2 recent coloured passport-sized photograph - 3.5cm. x 5cm. with Blue background.
