Changi Aviation Gallery

After our breakfast, we wander around Changi Terminal 2, and we found this Changi Aviation Gallery at Level 3.

Changi Aviation Gallery provides aviation enthusiasts and members of the public with interesting insights into Changi's ground operations and the eventful history of aviation in Singapore.

There are eight 'islands' of information with display panels covering a spectrum of topics including many of the 'on-the-ground' activities that take place at the airport, such as passenger facilities, aircraft landing and take-off, baggage handling, horticulture, environment-friendly measures, staff working at the airport, and emergency and rescue services. And, not for those shy about their weight, there is even a bench which doubles up as a large weighing scale to illustrate how baggage tonnage is measured by ground handlers at Changi Airport.

Bring some papers! Because there are instructions on the wall on how to fold paper aeroplane, such as The Classic Dart, Glider, Quad Wing, Square Glider & Floating Aeroplane.

My son is seated on one of the 'island'.
