Mad For Garlic

Today, we went to Mad for Garlic for our department lunch! This is the third times we went there for our department lunch! We simply love the food there, so yummy ~~

Mad for Garlic is a Korean franchise offers a good selection of Italian offerings that are incorporated well with garlic.

One of the signature sign of the restaurant is when you are entering the restaurant you will be greeted with an ambience decorated with garlic bulbs, wine bottles & glasses.

We ordered the following for our lunch:

Garlic Butter Shrimp


Sauteed Shrimps cooked with Garlic Butter Sauce with lots of minced garlic, onions & cherry tomatoes.

Note : the shrimps are served with shells, they recommended to eat the shrimps with the shells. (I don’t know why, most of the Korean that I know they ate with the shells)

Salami spicy Pizza

special spicy Pizza with Salami and Mustard Sauce, this is the first time we tried that, but we still preferred the Garlic Snowing Pizza.

To me, Garlic Snow Pizza is the BEST thing on the menu. It managed to incorporate a gamut of flavours.

Spicy Chili Pasta with Bacon Slices in Tomato Sauce.

Red Devil

Special Spicy Pasta with Fresh Shrimp, Clam, squids and beansprouts.

Lobster Pasta

Garlic Cream Sauce Pasta rich in Lobster Meat and Fish Roe

Yuja-ade

Tangerine mixed with soda water. Fizzy and refreshing!

Collection of Renunciation Certificate at Malaysia High Comm

Once renunciation of your Malaysian citizenship has been approved, you will receive a letter (email) from Malaysia High Commission asking you to go down to collect your Form K and birth certificate within one month from the date of the e-mail. You have to bring down the following documentation: i)        Singapore Identity Card (photocopy front and back of identity card); ii)      Singapore Citizenship Certificate (photocopy front and back of certificate);  iii)     Singapore Passport (photocopy of page with photograph of passport holder); and iv)       Deed Poll / Baptism (if name has been changed), if applicable. Renewal of Malaysia international passport in the Malaysian High Commission, Singapore

Documents required (Application for adult) 1. Form IM.42 to be duly completed. Obtainable at Forms Counter or Immigration Department website: http://www.imi.gov.my/ a. *Please print on both side of an A4 paper b. *Printing on two pieces of paper will not be accepted 2. 2 recent coloured passport-sized photograph - 3.5cm. x 5cm. with Blue background.
