鸡精蒸鸡



鸡精蒸鸡

材料:
1个 全鸡腿
6朵 香菇 (泡软,切块)
5粒 小番茄
1罐 鸡精

调味料:
1 tsp 鱼露
1 tsp 鸡粉
1 tsp 糖
1 tbsp 绍兴酒
1/4 tsp 胡椒粉
1 tsp 薯粉

做法:
1。 把鸡腿剁块,加入调味料和半罐鸡精拌匀,放在蒸碗内,加入香菇和番茄。

2。盛入预热蒸炉以大火蒸10-15分钟至熟,取出,再加入剩下的鸡精,即可食用。
