蒜泥肉片


材料:(3人份)
涮涮锅三层肉片

调味料:
蒜头 6(切碎)
葱白 2(切粒)
青柠檬汁2tbsp
浙江醋 1tbsp
白米醋 1tbsp
1/2tbsp
酱青 1/2tbsp
麻油 1tsp

1。把肉片烫熟,沥干就可上桌了。
2。可以把调味料淋在片上,或沾着肉片一块吃。
