泰式辣炒鸡肉碎






材料:(2人份)
鸡肉碎 250
4-6
只小辣椒
蒜蓉一茶匙
葱蓉一茶匙
鱼露三大匙
黄糖 1 茶匙
柠檬汁一大匙 optional
九层塔 1 (摘取叶子) 


先把锅子热了之后,下油,把蒜蓉与葱蓉炒香,推开一边加入肉碎,炒至变白,加入小辣椒,加入高汤或者水半杯煮滚之后,加入鱼露、糖再煮个2-3分钟。

最后加入九层塔,青柠汁,翻匀就好了。
