生菜包肉碎 (Minced pork wraps)


材料:
500 克肉碎
3 朵香菇 (浸软切粒)
3 瓣蒜头(切粒)
4 粒马蹄(切粒)
2 颗生菜

腌料:
1tbsp 酱清
1tbsp 耗油
1/2 tsp 黑酱油
1/4 tsp 盐
1tbsp 绍兴酒
1/2 tsp 糖
1 tsp 蜀粉
少许胡椒粉

1。把腌料倒入肉碎里,与香菇粒,马蹄粒腌半小时。
2。热锅下油吧蒜茸爆香,倒入腌好的肉碎料理,炒至熟。
