蒜泥蒸虾 - steamed prawns with chopped garlic



材料:
10只 虾
2 tbsp 蒜泥
1 tbsp 菜油
1 tbsp 绍兴酒

调味料:
1/4 tsp 盐
1/2 tsp 鸡粉
1/2 tsp 胡椒粉

做法:
1。 将虾从背部切开,去除肠泥,洗净后沥水,备用。

2。 把蒜泥加入菜油和调味料拌匀,酿在虾背上,完成后排在蒸盘上,盛入预热蒸炉以大火蒸5分钟至熟,取出,撒入绍兴酒,即可上桌。
