虾酱鸡翅 (Fried Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings)


材料:
1 1/2 公斤鸡翅
1 茶匙糖
2 茶匙 (2座小山)李锦记虾酱
1 粒蛋
2 桌匙粟粉

1。把以上倒入大碗里,搅拌均匀,放进冰箱腌过夜。
2。第二天,热锅下油。
3。把鸡翅炸至金黄色,把油沥干,就可上桌了。
